We deliver through Australia Post and courier service.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes

If our delivery person believes the person receiving our products may be under the age of 18 then they will demand to see a valid ID. If a valid ID cannot be shown then our delivery person will refuse delivery.
Our delivery person may also refuse delivery if the person receiving our products appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
If our delivery person believes that the person receiving our products is doing so on behalf of another person who is under the age of 18, or appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, then our delivery person is entitled to refuse delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Hansen Tasmania products come with warranties and guarantees that are covered under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees).
If you have purchased a product from Hansen Tasmania that is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches consumer guarantee, we will refund your money to the account from which it was paid. Alternatively, we will replace the product at no further cost.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
